The desk itself looks good once it’s put together, but my experience was very frustrating. When I received it, the screws for the drawer handles were missing. I contacted customer service and requested the screws—not once, but two different times. Instead of sending me the 12 screws I needed, they sent me extra handles and only 4 screws, which made no sense since I couldn’t finish building the desk properly.

I kept explaining the issue clearly, but the response I got back was that the desk was built, while I was still stuck missing what I actually needed. It felt very unprofessional and honestly made the whole process a headache.

The desk itself is sturdy and spacious once complete, but because of the poor quality control and the runaround I went through, I wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with the same issue. If you order this desk, be prepared that the customer service may not take care of you the way they should.

This desk is extremely well done and put together. It comes in a compact package so the garbage isn’t a lot. The instructions on the manual were extremely understandable and easy to follow.

Set up was easy and smooth. Did work great. Let’s see how does it do when it comes to service time. For now, I like it.
